FM41 is a terminal with GSM and GPS connectivity, which is able to get device coordinates and transfer them via GSM network. This device is perfectly suitable for applications where location acquirement of remote objects is needed. So you can track your remote objects (trucks, cars, ships etc) quickly and easily. Automotive transport have many sensors already installed and used by the vehicle computer. The FM41 unit has also a built-in CAN interface to be able to connect it directly to the computer of the vehicle and access to all computer information without need to install sensors. Easy data acquisition from automotive on-board computer. It has rechargeable battery inside and special controller for power management. Thus it can operate a short time without external power supply for up to 48 hours in Normal (Sending via GPRS) mode. Also this device supports a lot of connection types, so you can choose one according price, reliability, speed or ease of use.

This GPS/GSM unit is an open architecture device, which is fully programmable. FM41 can perform tasks on remote objects, such as monitoring fuel tank level, engine status, or controlling truck door etc. In case of losing connection FM41 can store up to 64000 records, and once the connection is established the device will send stored data via GPRS. So you won’t lose your data (coordinates, sensors data, ect.). The aluminium case of the device is very robust and perfectly suitable for installation into harsh environment. It is an advanced solution for a very reasonable price.

Track your remote objects (trucks, cars, ships etc) quickly and easily.

The device supports the following GSM bearers:
o GPRS class 10 (up to 85,6 kbps);
o SMS (text/data);

As a lot of connection types are supported, you can choose one according price, reliability, speed or ease of use.

Quad-Band:
o European (and Asian) version - 900 MHz / 1800 MHz.
o American version - 850 MHz / 1900 MHz.

The aluminium case of the device is very robust and perfectly suitable for installation into harsh environment such as cars, trucks, boats or other moving objects.

FM41 has 4 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs and 4 analogue inputs, which could be used for performing tasks on remote objects, such as monitoring fuel tank level, engine status, or controlling truck door etc.

FM41 has 1-Wire® I/O protocol integrated for temperature measuring or key identification.

FM41 has built-in CAN interface for FMS interface of trucks, which enables data acquisition from trucks on-board computer.

FM41 has RS232 port which could be used for external peripheral data acquire.

FM41 is an open architecture device, which is fully programmable, so if you want to perform a very special task, you can totally adapt the device for your needs. TCP/IP and UDP stacks are integrated.

AutoPIN feature enters the PIN code each time the device is turned on, while SIM card is still protected with code.
